Based on the objective and target audience of the e-learning experience, I developed a general content outline and storyboard leveraging adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.

This planning phase ensured that there is clarity in terms of the course's text content, visual layout, and technical interactivity.
The challenge with this e-learning was properly covering all the steps of leading a project kickoff meeting while keeping the experience straight to the point, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
To solve the challenge, the e-learning implemented these features:
- A scenario-based storytelling with branching to boost engagement and allow the learner to see the consequences of actions in a real-life situation
- A mentor character to guide the learner
- Synchronized narration for increased accessibility (could be turned on and off)
- A progress bar to track steps and advancement
- A drag-and-drop activity for knowledge testing
